These Applications are for students who would like to pursue study abroad programs in one of Asian partner universities for a semester. Note that applicants applying for funding need to be enrolled in an institution of higher education as at the time of application. Asia Ex. scholarships are awarded twice a year to students from the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and USA. Benefits of Scholarships
‣ No of Scholarships: Asia Ex Scholarship will be awarded to 5 deserving students per application round.
‣ Scholarship Period: Bear in mind that the scholarship is valid for just one semester abroad.
‣ Scholarship Value: The value of Asia Exchange award scholarships is put at 500 € per semester.

Eligibility
‣ Asia Exchange scholarships are awarded twice a year for students from target countries. The target countries at the moment are Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, The Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.
Selection Criteria:
The following characteristics are considered when choosing the candidate:
- High level of Interest towards Asia and excellent motivation for learning
- High Academic achievements during the semester
- The applicant must show respect towards the local culture and other people
- Being an example to others

‣Note that Students who are awarded the Asia Exchange award Scholarships will be informed of the admission decision two weeks after the application deadline.
