Wellesley College is a renowned private institution for women in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Students also run a canteen called Café Hoop that serves late-night snacks and drinks to the residents. Punch’s Alley is a student-organized pub where various dance and music parties are held on a weekly basis.

Wellesley College Alumni Association (WCAA) consists of more than 1.5 million female members from all over the world. These people are working in the fields of journalism, arts, design, business, politics, and literature. So far, WCAA has produced three Pulitzer Award winners including Margaret Clapp, Geneva Overholser, and Susan Sheehan. Nobel Laureate, Emily Greene Balch, was also a Wellesley graduate.
