Yes education is free in Finland !! You might not have been aware that international students are exempted from paying tuition fees in finnish universities. Universities in Finland are operating free tuition for both domestic and international students . That means you can actually study abroad in europe for freeWell, I wrote about that in a previous post. Click

So to study undergraduate programs in Finland, you will need to submit the following documents; O’level result/certificate, International passport and other relevant documents as required by the institution
For postgraduate studies, the following documents are needed; Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts, two reference letters, admission essay/statement of purpose and an English language proficiency certificate for non-native English language speakers.
If you have these documents ready, please go ahead and apply! To apply, visit individual websites of these universities and request for application materials, start your application, send required credentials and wait for results. If you are being considered for an offer, you will be notified by email.
