    TUITION FEES

    Good news for international students: Universities in russia are very affordable! Tuition fees usually range from  $2000 to $3000 per academic year and should cover the language training programme. Please note that tuition fees vary  from institution to institution and the degree chosen. That said, tuition fees for professional courses like medicine , engineering, design are usually in the range of $2500-$4000 per academic year.

    ACCOMODATION

    There are two types of housing accommodation available for students living in Russia– There are: hostel and offcampus accomodations. Cost of hostel accomodation is the the range of $150-$200 per year. Offcampus accomodation may be slightly higher depending on the city, so put the cost at about $250-$400 yearly.

    FOOD

    Food in Russia is super cheap as such international students should budget between 150-200 per month depending on the student’s eating habit. Numerous types of food are available in the school canteen and as an international student, you may choose to eat from the canteen or prepare your meals to save money.

    LANGUAGE TRAINING

    Language training is compulsory for all international students applying to study in russia. Since courses are usually taught in russian language and some universities in english, it is expected that all international students applying to study in russia undergo language training. This is usually carried out in the first year of admission and will cost the student approximately $1500. Students who are successful are permitted to continue their study. However, to study in russia, a student requires approximately $3500-$4000 annually, for tuition, food, accomodation etc.
