It is a known fact that most universities in Germany are offering tuition free education to every admitted international student. If you are an aspiring undergraduate and postggraduate student thinking about the cost of tuition, please worry no more. Tuition in Germany is free. The cost of living and studying is about 600 Euros and should cater for living expenses such as food, books, accommodation, and transportation among other expenses.
Germany has more than 300 universities offering top class courses such as medicine, law, humanities, engineering and a lot more. Specialized courses are usually taught in German and English with most undergraduate courses taught in German and a few academic courses in English. PROCESS OF APPLYING
German universities generally accept both online and paper applications. Note that with paper based applications you will have to make copies and notarize all relevant official academic documents before sending them together with all downloaded application forms to the university admission office.
With regards to the online application process, you’ll be required to create an account on the website of the university filling relevant questions on the forms and submitting.
Note that most German universities usually prefer online application as it a much easier, and less cumbersome to apply.
PROCESSING VISA
Processing your visa application is the next procedure in the admission process after you have received an admission letter from your chosen university. You will be required to go to the German embassy in your country and submit your invitation letter along with other relevant required documents, after which you will invited for an interview.
It is important to note that you will be need to open a German account with 8000 Euros before you are granted a study visa and you will be told how to go about this at the embassy.
