However, demonstrated financial need and social commitment are important criteria for selection. Applicants are expected to return to their various countries after completing their studies.

Candidates should first apply for admission to the University of Oxford through UCAS by 15 October 2014.

How to Apply
Your application to the University through UCAS has to be successful before applying for the scholarship. You wil be required to complete a separate scholarship application form. The scholarship application form will be available for download from December.
