Applications are now being accepted for 2015-2016 academic year from international student with outstanding academic record, to study at Master’s level (MA, MSc and LLM) in Tilburg University, Netherland. Tilburg University offers various types of scholarship to non-EEA students which are:
- Tilburg law scholarship
Two categories of this type of scholarship are made available to international student at Tilburg law school (TLS); TLS global scholarship and TLS Montesquieu Scholarship
- Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral science Scholarship
The number of slots available for this scholarship is 8 (eight) and is opened to EU/EEA and non-EEA students. This is for 2015/2016 academic session
- Tilburg school of Humanities Scholarship
There are 9 (nine) available scholarship under this scheme, opened to EU/EEA and non-EEA s students

Brief description
Various types of scholarship are made available to international student from non-EU/EEA region, to pursue an MA, MSc and LLM at various schools in Tilburg University
Eligibility
- Tilburg law school: To qualify for TLS global scholarship, applicant must be a graduate of any of the university given below, while for TLS Montesquieu, applicant must first be admitted to LLM
- Tilburg school of social and behavioral science scholarship:
To qualify for this scholarship, the following criteria must be met
- Applicant must have an unconditional admission at Tilburg school of Social and behavioral science for 2015/2016 academic session
- Applicant must have obtained an excellent result at his/her bachelor’s study. Must be among the best 10 graduating student
- A prove from the University you did your undergraduate program showing that you were among the best ten graduating students
- Applicant must be new at Tilburg university
- All scholarship application forms must be appropriately filled
Basis for selection
The following shall be considered before selection for the scholarship
- Undergraduate result
- Quality of application form
- Language test score
- Level of engagement in Extracurricular activities
Method of application
There is no separate application for the scholarship as all admitted students are eligible for the scholarship. Below are the steps in securing the scholarship
- Download the application form and fill as appropriately stating your graduating CGPA at bachelor’s level and your position at graduation (least of 8 out of the best ten)
- Proceed to uploading completed form via MYSAS (University online application portal)
N.B: This should be done before application deadline
Closing date for application
Application ends 1st April 2015. All successful candidates shall be notified by early May 2015.
