Making Cents is an international opportunity for youths from around the world to apply for The Global Youth Economic Opportunities Summit in order to avail themselves of a demand-driven Knowledge Management (KM) platform to build the capacity of positive youth development stakeholders worldwide that will enable them design, implement, and evaluate high-impact youth economic opportunity programs, policies, and partnerships.
Selected participants will be offered an interactive session on exposure to the theory and practice of human-centered design (HCD) and design thinking methodologies. They will be put through various exercises that will expose the most critical unmet needs and behavioral patterns of unemployed youth, generate fresh ideas using lateral thinking methods, and conceptualize solutions that are innovative and market-viable.

Theme of the Summit:
“Scale in Practice” is the theme of the 2015 Summit composed of five technical tracks:
