2015 SCECE Academic Merit Scholarship at RMIT in Australia

    ssceRMIT University is currently offering academic merit scholarships for Australian, New Zealand and international students. These scholarships are awarded to students to commence full-time Bachelor of Engineering degree in the School of Civil, Environment and Chemical Engineering. Note that In 2015 there will be five available scholarships awarded as following: one for a female applicant, one for an international applicant and three for all applications. This scholarship is valued at $5000 per year. The application deadline is set at 12 March, 2015.
    Study Subject(s): Scholarships are awarded in one of the civil, environmental or chemical programs: Civil and Infrastructure (Honours), Civil and Infrastructure (Honours)/Business (Management), Environmental Engineering (Honours), Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering (Honours), Chemical Engineering (Honours), Chemical Engineering (Honours)/Business (Management), Chemical Engineering (Honours)/Biotechnology, Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering (Honours) and Food Technology and Nutrition/ Chemical Engineering (Honours).

    Eligibility: To be qualified for this scholarship you must meet the following:
    -Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent resident, international student or humanitarian visa holder

    -Applicants must have had excellent year 12 results with an ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank) (or equivalent) of 90 or greater demonstrate aptitude to study in the relevant field stated above.
    -Please note that not all international students would possess an ATAR score, as such they must provide a legible copy of their non-Australian results and the explanation of what those grades mean (the copy that you provide of your results must list subjects undertaken and grades achieved on official paper/letterhead of the institution). Note that any official documents not in English would require a translation to be provided. Illegible and counterfeit copies will not be reviewed or considered as part of your application.
    -Applicants must be be commencing their first year in civil, environmental or chemical programs full-time in semester by 2015
